每次去subway 都很喜歡吃chip cookie
那種軟軟的餅乾口感,讓我愛不釋手! 只是,價格上有點昂貴加上也太油了!
這次要做餅乾的時候...同事們 又指定拉!
她們要 Chocolate chip Cookies!!
當然~~~ 成功囉! ^^
Ingredients
1 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
3/4 cup granulated white sugar
3/4 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
2 large eggs
1 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup walnuts or pecans, coarsely chopped (optional)
Directions
1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Sift together the flour and baking soda, set aside.
2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown
sugar, and white sugar. Stir in the eggs and
vanilla. Blend in the flour mixture. Finally, stir in
the chocolate chips and nuts. Drop cookies by
rounded spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.
3. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes in the preheated oven.
Edges should be golden brown.
