2009年第一次嘗試了banana bread
吃起來已經覺得還不錯了! 所以這次上課,就要給他露一手拉!
上課時播放影片真的是很好的選擇...又可以練習聽英...更可以看步驟影片...
眼睛的刺激下,就算英文聽不懂,看到實際影片,小朋友都已經會做一大半了!
Ingredients
1. 2 cups all-purpose flour
2. 1 teaspoon baking soda
3. 1/4 teaspoon salt
4. 1/2 cup butter
5. 3/4 cup brown sugar
6. 2 eggs, beaten
7. 2 1/3 cups mashed overripe bananas
Directions
1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Lightly grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
2.In a large bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt.
3.In a separate bowl, cream together butter and brown sugar.
4.Stir in eggs and mashed bananas until well blended.
5.Stir banana mixture into flour mixture; stir just to moisten.
6.Pour batter into prepared loaf pan. Bake in preheated oven for 60 to 65 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into center of the loaf comes out clean.
沒想到做出來實在和第一次差太多了~~~~
入口之後,實在沒話說! 真好吃!
同事們現在已經開始稱呼我Baker囉!
