繼去年的banana bread後~ 其實我好像就再也沒有做過甚麼甜點了!

話說回來~我也只做過這麼一樣! 哈哈! 講得好像我常做似的!

這次暑假,因為我被分配到的是Baking Time!要教學生做點心~~

與其說是教學生做點心~ 其實就是從不同的情境中,去學習英語!

這也是一種學習動力~~ 因為報名人數將近20人哩!

<吃>對小朋友來說,是超級無敵有魅力的阿!!

於是,先來試做看看! 畢竟我也是看網路食譜!

You need:

vanilla extract/ butter/ white sugar/ eggs/ all purpose flour

cocoa powder/ chopped chocolate/ baking powder/ salt

 

 

Ingredients

      1.   3/4 cup butter, melted

      2.   1 1/2 cups white sugar

      3.   1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract

      4.   3 eggs

      5.   3/4 cup all-purpose flour

      6.  1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

      7.   as much as chopped chocolate you want

      8.  1/2 teaspoon baking powder

      9.  1/2 teaspoon salt

 

 

Directions

 

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).   Grease an 8 inch square pan.

 2. In a large bowl, blend melted butter, sugar and vanilla.

3. Beat in eggs one at a time. Combine the flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt.

 

4. Gradually blend into the egg mixture.

 

5. Spread the batter into the prepared pan.

 

6. Bake in preheated oven for 40 to 45 minutes, or until brownies begin to pull away from the sides of the pan.

 

Let brownies cool, then cut into squares.

最後~~獲得同事們得稱讚!!  全部被吃光光~~每個人還都有吃到兩塊以上喔!!

雖然好吃! 但有點乾~~似乎應該是時間上太過了~~ 下次試試看30分鐘就好!
